Corporate Office Woodland Retreat

We worked with the lead architect, Lavallee | Brensinger Architects, and the client, PRIMEX, to envision a series of outdoor plaza areas and a woodland garden for employee gathering and educational seminars for the PRIMEX corporate headquarters, which is located in Concord, New Hampshire.

Given the project’s context within a dense, northern deciduous woodland and adjacency to a running brook, the design team worked closely with the local Conservation Commission to create an environmentally sensitive place that would enliven the building exterior, accommodate large and small-scale events, encourage biodiversity, respect the surrounding natural resources, and create a safe and welcoming outdoor environment for the administration and visitors.

Quality furnishings, indigenous materials, and a native planting palette seamlessly work together to create an outdoor oasis that is absolutely stunning!
